System-level decisions translate into everyday movement. The film moves between individual responsibility and city-wide impact, using multiple voices to build a layered perspective. The visual approach avoids generic infrastructure imagery, focusing instead on moments of use and movement.
Filming around Woolwich Ferry ended up being one of the highlights!
